My nights don't show up
- Wear your Apple Watch to bed, charged to at least 30%, with Track Sleep with Apple Watch turned on in the Health app (Browse > Sleep > Full Schedule & Options).
- Make sure Sleepwrist can read your sleep: open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then under Privacy tap Apps > Sleepwrist, and turn on all categories.
- Sleep stages are written by your watch when you wake up. Open Sleepwrist a few minutes after you get up, with your iPhone nearby.
I don't see my wrist temperature
Wrist temperature is measured by Apple Watch Series 8 and later, Apple Watch SE 3 and all Apple Watch Ultra models. Your watch needs about five nights to learn your baseline before Apple Health shows it. On other models, Sleepwrist uses your heart rate and sleep stages instead.
Ask Wristy isn't available
Ask Wristy uses Apple Intelligence on your iPhone. It needs a compatible iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or newer) with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings.
